Kevin Mazzu, President
Kevin is originally
from Minnesota but has lived in the Eastern Sierra since 2004. He and his wife, Lis, moved to the Eastern
Sierra in 2004 to purchase the three area McDonald's, Lone Pine, Bishop & Mammoth Lakes. Kevin
has been involved with the Round Valley School STEP Foundation since 2009, wanting to help support this great school and contribute
to benefit the struggling budget in today’s world. Kevin is an avid skier, enjoys family time recreating
in the Eastern Sierra. Kevin is honored to serve as President for the 2014 - 2015 school year which benefits our entire
community and the leaders of tomorrow.
Lis
Mazzu, Vice President
Lis is the acting Vice President. Lis and Kevin moved
to Bishop in 2004 and purchased the McDonald's restaurants in Lone Pine, Bishop and Mammoth Lakes. Since moving to
Bishop Lis and Kevin have had three daughters. The eldest began Kindergarten at Round Valley School in 2011.
We are happy to be a part of a school environment that is focused on educating children to the fullest, through education
and extra curricular experiences. We are committed to helping the STEP Foundation raise the needed funds
to continue educational excellence in tough economic times and allow Round Valley School to provide an excellent educational
program to children in the Eastern Sierra for years to come.
Courtney McGrale, Secretary
Courtney, mother of two Round Valley students, is a very active Round Valley School parent. In addition
to the STEP Foundation, Courtney enjoys serving on the Round Valley School PTO Board. She and her family love the
outdoors and enjoy their time giving back to the students of Round Valley through her dedication in serving on the PTO and
the STEP Foundation boards.
Anna
Taplin, Treasurer
Anna is a valued member of the Round Valley School team.
As the third grade teacher for Round Valley School, Anna is committed to the enrichment of school programs and in the classroom
experiences.
